E M P O W E R E D: a 5-week Yoga & Cycle series

Knowledge is power. The more we understand our menstrual cycle, the more in-tune, connected and responsive we can be to our needs. Yoga is a holistic way of connecting the body, mind and spirit. For women, it offers practices that allow us to release, restore and empower ourselves during each phase of our cycle.
During this 5-week series we will unpack the unique needs of each phase. We will explore various practices to support and empower each fluctuation through the use of YOGA, BREATHWORK and MINDFULNESS. Each week you will leave with new tools to create your own home practice, empowering you to support your unique needs.
Learn practices that will help:
~ Reduce common menstrual symptoms like pain, fatigue, backaches
~ Regulate the endocrine system
~ Support healthy menstruation
~ Calm the mind and nervous system
~ Reduce tension held in the body
~ Create a ritual around your cycle
~ Work with your body (not against it)
Each woman will be working with their specific cycle and unique needs. The aim of the series is to foster a deeper connection to your cycle and integrate practices that will help you nourish and honour each phase.
