This evening workshop will explore the shamanic concept of power and soul loss from both a spiritual and psychological perspective and introduce the method of Soul Retrieval.
Understanding Soul Retrieval. What is it? Why is it so important in shamanic work? What is soul loss and what are the symptoms (individually, collectively)? What is a soul contract and how does it live within us? How and when does a soul piece decide to return? What is power and the role of spirit allies?
During this evening workshop each participant will experience a journey into the Lower World and undertake their own Soul Retrieval. They will tap into the soul contracts that were made at the time of the initial pain, and learn how to energetically shift their relationship to those stories and to reclaim their inner POWER.
In the shamanic tradition the Soul is considered to be our true essence, our life force, the part of our vitality that keeps us alive and thriving. It is believed that whenever we suffer an emotional or physical trauma, either sexual, accident, fear, death of a close one, abandonment etc. a part of our soul departs the physical body, as a self protection mechanism, in order to withstand the painful experience. After the Soul Retrieval work, an integration period is needed in order to enable the piece to accustom back into our lives. This process brings back a new-found sense of balance, joy and purpose.
We have all suffered soul loss to a certain degree. People who suffered soul loss many times often feel like there is something missing in their lives, like a hollow emptiness in the center of their being. They often suffer depression, addiction, and other physical symptoms such as autoimmune diseases or chronic fatigue.
Come join me for a powerful evening of psycho-spiritual healing, sharing and integration in order to live the life that taps into your highest calling.

Cattleya practices shamanic healing in Montreal. She offers private healing sessions, workshops, retreats, as well as sacred cacao ceremonies every month. She also offers womb healing work for women. Her journey has led her to explore and experience various shamanic practices (such as the Vision Quest, plant spirit medicine in the Amazon and in the desert, etc. ) all of which have allowed her to gain a deeper understanding of what it means to symbolically die to old parts of ourselves in order to craft a new story of our own becoming.
