Experience an integrated, retreat-style Yin Yoga Teacher Training that allows you to immerse yourself deeply into this healing and rejuvenating yoga practice with without the stress of daily life. Each day wake up with meditation and silent space to rest in the beauty of nature and simplicity. Explore the yin path through Taoist, Buddhist, Storytelling, and Tantric Philosophy with embodied Energetic and Anatomical Alignment. Journey into the qualities of letting go as you surrender to the power of vulnerability and what it really means to self nurture. Vegetarian meals will be consciously prepared for you as an integral part of the training to connect and deepen your experience. Learn how to safely teach yin yoga to all levels of students with skillful sequences and mindful organization. Discover a way of living yin yoga that enhances one's ability to create and hold sacred space for students to rest in a meditative field of support. Using the Five Koshas, Soul Guides Kimiko and Gen will help you navigate your personal practice to become a master of yin yoga to feel confident sharing this much needed practice of balance, attention, and stillness with the world.

The fall energy of the Full Moon in Gemini is a potent time to recharge, renew, and settle into the ecstatic feeling of peace and surrender. To complete this Yin Yoga Teacher Training and receive a certification you will be given a take home Final Project & Filmed teaching exam to be completed within 108 days of the training.
- Final Take Home Exam 11 Questions
- 40-day Yin Sadhana (30-minute yin yoga home practice with Journal entries)
- 5 yin sequences
- 5 one hour yin practice teaches with evaluations
- 1 (30 minute) final teach (filmed or present) with lead teacher to be evaluated with feedback to be scheduled within the 108 days.
