Eric has been studying and practicing massage therapy for over 10 years. He is a certified therapist trained in Swedish, Adaptive Bodywork, Deep Tissue, Deep Flow, the Trager method, and Thai table massage. His approach is intuitive, energetic, and grounded; often combining different techniques such as myofacial release, trigger points, stretching and mobilizations in order to create the sensation of more space and cohesion in the body, inviting freer movement, and reducing pain and stress. He brings an attentive, respectful, and soothing presence that will put you at ease. He will take the time to listen to you and tailor a treatment that is right for you.
Shamanic Arts help us to navigate our soul. We have the capacity to shift awareness and channel hardships into assets. Shamanism confronts us where we are to break through division and realign our hearts.
Shamanic Arts is a healing session uniquely crafted to your needs. As a medicine woman, I work with pure intention and intuition, compassionate spirits and core shamanism to create rituals that council creativity and self-mastery. I source from endless tools such as soul retrieval, extractions, journeying, coaching, herbalism, crystals, sound baths, tarot, and power animals to help recover your innate intelligence and vibrance.
Every session is an alchemy of impeccable design set in a sacred temple of luxurious comfort and safety. We begin with your story, after describing what your intentions are I will create your special treatment. All concepts will be explained and only acted upon with full recipient consent prior to the treatment.
Every exchange offers personalized lifestyle tools, herbal elixirs, plant + flower reiki, crystals and stone grids, sonic drumming and a Crystal Quartz Sound Bath.
I draw upon many different traditions, teachers, and experiences to offer my deepest presence. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and relax.

What you know + love is worthy of sharing.
Teaching yoga is a living practice = it is a state of being you. Naturally we are all connected to the greater collective = our actions matter. Therefore, this training asks: what do you want to contribute to this sacred life?
You may not know, that’s why yoga is a journey, it’s a pathway of discovery. Yoga takes you to new destinations and infinite possibilities. Whether you aim to be a teacher or not, this experience will help master any path with grace, grit, and purpose.

Massage + Shamanic Work + Your Story
Facilitated by Temple Founders: Eric Digras + Kimiko Fujimoto + You
Creating space for personal transformation.
Spirit and Bodywork united.
We begin with your story, tell us what you need support with, and we intuitively tailor each session based on your needs.
Next you will lay on the floor, close to the earth, upon sheepskin rugs, pillows, and organic blankets - a cozy platform of perfection. As Eric massages you in the comfort of your clothes, you are soothed into relaxation with beautiful soundscapes as Kimiko assists Eric's expert precision in removing tension and stress.
After about 25 minutes of massage, Eric will create a rhythmical beat on a drum to orchestrate a Shamanic landscape for Kimiko to work with spirit guides to energetically clear blockages or retrieve lost energy. She mixes shamanic arts with crystals and herbs to awaken your innate capacity to heal, recharge, and revitalize with personal rituals and messages for you to take home and continue the work.
This session is a chance for you to feel completely supported and taken care of in a balanced container of masculine and feminine energy. We are simply holding space for you to nourish your body and spirit with compassionate and skillful dedication.
The science and wisdom of Kundalini yoga merges with the benefits of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga to awaken your greatest potential. Inspired by the methodology of Yogi Bhajan’s system, one is transported into deep meditation through simple yet challenging movements, activating breathwork, focused concentration, and mantra magic.
Kimiko Tao Fujimoto is the innovator of Kundalini Glow’s method of artfully weaving complimentary practices together. Each class upholds the tradition and sacred intention of these deeply tantrik disciplines.
Each crystal, herb, and stone is selected to nourish your connection to nature with reverence and understanding.
Our private collection of crystals, smudge sticks, sacred herbs, and stones are charged with love. Everything is hand-selected and ethically-sourced. They are used in ritual, cleansed in sea water, charged with moon + sun light, and sung to often. These sacred allies are filled with potent medicine.
Kimiko offers Crystal Council consultations to craft personal rituals with crystals and shamanic allies. She also gives Crystal Codes workshops to unlock crystal magic and initiations to be a Keeper of the Stones.
“Ceremony of Yoga is a love project of the highest devotion, to bring the art of ritual and sacred practices to the hearts of all.” - Kimiko
School of Ritual
School of Ritual aims to redefine and evolve the yoga teacher training model. In each Residency, students learn to embody and serve yoga as a living transmission in any form or methodology they feel drawn to. These residencies go beyond yoga to encourage mastery in all fields of expression: career, art, music, family, ecology, and social work.
School of Ritual is also an innovator of creative rituals, ceremonies, rites of passage, and priestess paths.
Rituals help to translate what's going on, by giving one an outlet of expression and space to shift awareness.
Each ritual applies grounded spiritual alchemy to transmute our collective suffering into a renewed sense of strength, insight, and leadership.
Warriorship is required to hold a higher vision for yourself and the world.
We invite you to DECOMPRESS AND ENTER A TIMELESS WORLD.

SCHOOL OF RITUAL - Reviews
“Kimiko’s Yin residency was a powerful and moving experience. Mona Assaf’s detailed and exceptionally accessible approach to meridian theory really invited the understanding of the yin practice from a deeply healing and therapeutic foundation. The sequencing and ritual Kimiko transferred to us as students really gave me tools to feel confident to begin to teach yin yoga. I highly recommend this residency to anyone interested in a transformative training experience. ” — Emily Mclean: Mother, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Co-owner of Yoga on the Park
“I think Kimiko is the most well-rounded yoga teach in Montreal. Her trainings embody the physical, emotional, and spiritual elements of the yogic sciences. Even if you do not teach yoga, taking one of her trainings will benefit all facets of you, and give you the tools to live an empowered and more full life.” — Alison Neill: Mother, Freelancer, Yoga Teacher
“This training has provided the structure for liberating parts of me and allowed exploration of my unique colors. Although scary at times Kimiko’s spontaneous down to earth wisdom and authentic sharing cultivates the courage and faith to continue the journey through unknown territory, allowing for little breakthroughs and increasing self-confidence. “— Isabella Annas: Mother, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher
“This teacher training has totally changed my life, and opened up my mind to a world of ways in which I can incorporate yogic ideals and beliefs into my daily life. I feel ready to face the challenges of this life on and off the mat. I have the tools in which to safely practice yoga with my friends, family, and most importantly all on my own, wherever this life may take me. I feel confident in my ability to share my gifts with this world, and to live peacefully in harmony with my neighbours. I am so honoured and feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to study with Kimiko and the awesome group of students we had this year. Most importantly, I feel proud of myself. Prouder than ever before. This training wasn’t easy, and I fell down many times, but every time I get back up, I am even more humble and more gracious for the opportunity to try again. I have learnt compassion towards myself and towards others. I have just begun to crack the surface on all of the universe’s infinite love and wisdom. I finally feel at home in my own body. ” — Shelby Cohen, Musician, Yoga Teacher
